It has been quite a week with the Halloween festivities not being in short supply.
It started out with last week Eric's work had a Halloween Party. Caden had a blast running around with Skeleton kid and barfing all over because he took his last bite of hot dog gagged and then vomit. Awesome. This family next to us with two kids looked at us like he had Swine Flu. Awesome.
Macey was wearing this at the party but instanstly started sweating.
Next comes Halloween Cookies. On Wednesday Caden had a couple of his little friends come over to do Halloween Cookies. Lets just say they did cookies for all of 5 maybe 10 minutes and then they were back to sword fighting, bakugan, star wars.
It went so quick I didnt pictures, but trust me a good time was had by all.
Caden had a Halloween party at school on Thursday. He was so excited for it. They colored pumpkins and cats and had a pizza party with Halloween Cookies. I went with Macey and it was really fun to see all the kids Cadens always talking about. I just wish I would have brought my camera to school.
On Thursday our ward had a Trunk or Treat and it was a blast. Caden has so much fun and Eric had a great time decorating our car. He came up with a game to have kids use Caden's dart gun and shoot at monster cut-outs. It was hit and Eric had a blast with it.
We went with the Ute cheerleader(courtesy of Bruce and Luis-thanks guys) It was hott that night.

Saturday was the big day. Caden had a birthday party he was invited to. He had a blast with all the kiddos.
And that night we had arranged to go Trick or Treating with Caden's good friend Carter and his family. Carter was dressed as a vampire and Caden wasn't sure what to think of him we had to convince him after a while that it was just Carter and he wasnt going to hurt him. The kids had a great time even though it rained it didnt slow them down one bit. Because of rain I slacked on picks so here's some we got that day-it counts right?
Caden got to wear his costume to the party, he was stoked! You think he would have been tired of wearing it by then but no.

Oh my gosh I love macey in both her costumes and I love the vomit story by Caden. He makes a great super hero. I wish Chris got more into the trunk or treat thing like Eric, so lucky.
Halloween...good times in the Slaughter home. Awesome costumes and loved the tricked out ride - excellent work!
