I love the Fall..
I love the crisp, cold air.
Pumpkin Patch's
Small town Fall festivals
All things that taste of Pumpkin
Tractor Rides
My pretty sweaters and comfy sweatshirts
Working out and having to work really, really hard to break a sweat
Apple Cider
The changing colors of the leaves
But most of all that winter will be next. My favorite time of the Year
I love the cold
The snow
The stillness when its just snowed
Ice Skating, although its fun always a little painful
How romantic it feels
Cuddling to stay warm
Sledding
Christmas Carols
Who am I kidding all things Holiday Related
We had a good but busy weekend. But we had fun.
Friday night: Eric's work had a halloween Party. Caden has a blast!!
Saturday: We went to the pond and fed the ducks. Geocached a little and went to a wedding reception.
Sunday: Church, laundry and Pumpkin Carving.
Great Weekend and here are the pics!
I got so lucky these two are the happiest kids
It's Track suit Season!! I dont know what it is but I love babies in little track suits, so cute!!
Cooper Creek
Feeding the Duck's and Geese
Pumpkin Carving Time. Normally I like to wait til Halloween or the day before but Caden was beside himself and would ask non-stop to carve the pumpkins. (kicking myself for buying them so early)
Caden wanted a happy face on his pumpkin
This was Macey as we begun carving our Pumpkins.
Free handing the spider
literally 10 minutes into it. I guess it's not her thing
End result, Happy face pumpkin and a Goblin
Happy kid=happy parents
Spider-of course

She's Smiles
She's smiling and we couldn't love it anymore
Caden loves her smiling but wants her to do it all the time and repeatedly asks for me to get her to smile. And when she makes the face below he says "Mom, Macey's got her angry eyes". Its from Toy Story where Mrs. Potato-head tells Mr. Potato-head that she's packing his "Angry eyes"

Pumpkin Patch
Last year we went to Marengo Farms and had a good time. Well Caden being a year older loved it even more.
Here he is in the Pools filled with corn kernals, last year Caden hated that(texture issues) and this year jumped right in, made corn kernal angels, buried his legs and hands. We had to beg him to get out he loved it so much.
They also had a maze that Caden was leader, once again he loved that he could be the leader.
They had a bunch of animals that Caden was bashful at all to pet, Horses, sheep, chicken's, ducks. He wasn't scared of any of them. And was really excited to see the duck had eggs.
Then we went on a tractor ride. Very exciting just like his grandpas tractor.
The tractor to us to the pumpkin patch. and we luckily convinced Caden we'd get one at the store, we found out they hiked prices and were asking $8 a pumpkin.
End it all with chili, hot chocolate and hot dog. We had a Great time!!
After that we went Geocaching(definition here for those that don't know what it is)
Geocaching is an outdoor activity in which the participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver or other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers (called "geocaches" or "caches") anywhere in the world. A typical cache is a small waterproof container (usually a tupperware or ammo box) containing a logbook. Larger containers can also contain items for trading, usually toys or trinkets
Eric maps out Cache's along the route we took home. So we parked and started on a nature trail and then the woods. Caden has a blast just following his daddy and Macey was asleep the whole time in the snuggie. It was a good time.

M-m-m Macey Face
Macey is so great! She really is just a joy to have in our lives. It's hard to believe she's almost 2 months, it feels like shes been here much longer plus she just seems so much older. And she is doing so much better, ear infection is gone, Reflux is getting better and she's packin' on the pounds like its her job.
She is currently tipping the scale at 13 lbs 13 oz. Quite the ham like her brother.
Here she is in the bumbo seat. She loves it for the most part and has fallen asleep in it twice. Too funny.
My brother and Luis send Macey this adorable University of Utah Cheerleading Outfit. We aren't big fans of the BYU so in my family we support the U. Well, except for Eric who likes to cheer for BYU to tease the family.
Let's just pretend she's smiling here, not crying k?

4-Wheelin'
Eric's parents bought a 4-wheeler and Eric had a blast and eventually Caden. Once Eric convinced Caden to try riding with him he was hooked. You can see the pure joy on his face and Erics.

Life in the Country
Rolling down the hill
You can pee anywhere in the country, Caden loves it.
Caden and his Grandma Connie(Eric's Mom)
Caden's sweet Motorcycle tricycle
Caden and Granpa's Awesome Tractor, it looks like the one from the movie "Cars" you know all the cow tractors that tip over. Exactly.
