We signed Caden up for indoor soccer. His cousin Paige signed up for the same team.
They had their first game this last Saturday and it was Hilarious! Wherever the ball went the group of 20 4 year olds went chasing after it. Caden and Paige seemed to have a good time. Trying to get in there and kick it. Caden liked it a lot more then I expected him to and is anxious to go back next saturday and play. And I think Eric was overjoyed Caden is to the age of sports. Eric and Jason(Paiges Dad) we're like mini-coaches/sheep herders guiding the kids which way to go.
Recap of the game:
Ran around
Blocked the ball by the goal
Came to mom for a drink 50 times
Fell once and cried
Exhausted but anxious to go again
Caden and Paige-Pre-game
He kept folding his arms, it was funny I guess that was his pose for the day

New Camera
div>As this wonderful new Tax season is upon us I decided to get something I've always wanted....An AMAZING camera. My husband loves me and went with it. So I am now the proud owner of a new Nikon. It's love! I'm obsessed. The quality is amazing I spent a couple hours figuring it out and now its just practice figuring out what setting or how to tweak it. I'm in love, did I already mention that?
I can't wait to take some pictures of the kiddos outside.
Seriously can you get enough of these rolls? We cant.
I can't ever get her smile on camera. She's mean mugging me for trying on clothes.
Trying on summer clothes seeing if we need to buy bigger ones. Sleeveless Onesies. SOOO CUTE!!

These Kids
This post isn't about much and is pretty random:
Macey is finally getting back to a regular schedule-we had some issues when moving here with her
Caden is still a killer big brother and they are doing GREAT sharing a room together . Caden absolutely adores Macey. He is constantly tickling her and loves to try and get her to smile. He even tries to wrestle with her. Lucky for us he can't lift her so he isn't too dangerous.... yet. When he gets feisty we have to keep an eye on him so he doesn't get too aggressive, but any other time he is a loving and caring big brother.
Macey is getting so big and such a fun age. By the way she is HUGE, seriously people 21 lbs at 4months but we wouldnt have it any other way. She cant wear any jeans because of her butt and thighs, poor thing. She can eat full peas and loves mashed potatoes. She eyes anything going into our mouths like we should be feeding it to her.
Caden is at his new preschool which he likes, there's not much play time becuase are trying to make all the kids at Sunshine Square the smartest kids in America. He came home one day and says "Mom, my school doesnt have any toys just puzzles"
Macey is smiling like a fool and laughing
Caden still talks about his upcoming birthday(not til December) and what he wants for Christmas. He's holding on strong to both
Finally got a smile on camera. So stinkin' cute
The kiddos
Rocking his Jammies, this kid is hillarious
Macey is sitting up all by herself. Such a big girl

Monster Trucks
Eric, Caden, Jason, and Chase had a guy's night out. They decided to go see the Monster Truck show at the E-Center in Salt Lake. They decided to splurge and get VIP tickets. VIPs at a Monster Truck show doesn't entitle you to too much, but they got to go early and walk down on the track and see the trucks, motorcycles, and drivers before the show started. They even got to ride a monster truck "General Hazzard" before the show. Caden had some trouble adjusting to the noise, but once he got his earplugs in, he was happy as a clam.
Here is Caden cheesing it up from their seats. They were in row 9, midway down the track. They closed off the first 5 rows so they were actually in row 4. They loved being close.
Here is Caden sitting on a monster truck tire. He was amazed about how big the tires were.
This is a picture of the crew riding in the back of General Hazzard. They had a blast and the truck went over ramps and drove really fast.
Eric took this picture as they waited in line to get up on the truck.
Caden and Chase posing for the camera before the festivities started.
The boys had a blast and would definately do it again.

St. George
We decided to spend our New Year's Eve Weekend in St. George. St. George is a beautiful place with alot of outdoors activities. We stayed in my sister's in-laws second house. On our last day there we decided to go out and do a little hiking. We went to Snow Canyon. There are a few caves out there and Caden was anxious to go explore them. We set out on our hike with nothing to carry sweet Macey in but our arms. Luckily it was only 1 mile in... right? Carrying Macey was rough to say the least, but we toughed it out and kept on walking.
Bob (Chris' Dad), Caden, Chris, and Eric in a big cave. Caden found a dollar (placed there by Bob). He was pumped and ready to leave once he found his teasure.
Another view from the topside.
Caden and Bob navigating the rocks.
Eric hiking with Macey. She is too pretty to go down in any caves.
During the trip we played alot of Wii and had a blast. Kissed on New Years, made fun of Seacrest, had awesome Mexican food and fried ice cream. Played a few games and had a blast. Can't wait to go back and find some more caves. Thanks Rass's

Christmas
Well Christmas has come and gone and I am really behind on blogging. Sorry. We are getting more settled in Utah trying to make it our home but it is taking time.
**Pictures are out of order but to be honest I dont want to spend anymore time organizing them. Sorry.
Us, the sunday before Christmas. Trying to get a picture for Christmas Cards. yeah it didnt happen. E for Effort though.
Caden was willing enough to stand cheese it up for me
At the mall they had a train you could pay to ride around the mall in. Caden LOVED it. He was waving to everyone and saying "Merry Christmas"
Caden was making cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve. After we got done with decorating our cookies we took a quick break and started to get ready for dinner. We all headed out to Johnny Corinos for some delicious Italian food. After we chowed down at Corinos, we jumped in our cars for the drive to Temple Square. The entire family walked around the Temple and enjoyed the lights. It was cold and windy, but we braved it for an hour or so. After we left Temple Square we went back to play a little game known as Rock Band. Eric and I can thrash like no other people on Earth. We formed the band "Summer Donna". It was great to see everyone sing their hearts out and try to play the guitar and drums. Awesome Christmas Eve. We went to bed late and delayed poor Santa for a few hours.
The Kids in their Christmas Jammies.
